We use the information you provide about yourself in potentially several different ways. As a Speaker of COPEC, we will use this information for billing, reporting and general communication. As a Venue or program participant, we will add to our newsletter mailing list, to mail or email information about events and general information about COPEC when requested. We do not share this information with outside parties. You always have the opportunity to inform us that you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, or emails. In this event, your mailing address, or your email address will be immediately deleted from our database as requested.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
