Biography

The Entrepreneurial Spirit is a gift which has blessed Diane Wingerter since birth. Learning the Retail Industry from large corporations and earning her degree in Fashion Merchandising and Interior Decorating provided Diane with the book knowledge to operate and manage a business. The trials, tribulations and reality of being an Entrepreneur; otherwise known as the 'school of hard knocks,' afforded her real-world experience and tested her fortitude and character to see if she has what it takes to own, operate and manage businesses. Throughout a 25-year period, Diane has owned businesses such as Columbus Liquidators, Stepping Out USA, Outrageous, Gifts Galore, Just Women LLC, Storm Angels, LLC and currently operating as Totally Exposed, LLC, dba The Tradeshow Doctor. Face-to-face connections and building relationships with others is the definition of Diane Wingerter. The true desire to see businesses succeed along with the desire to facilitate meaningful business connections are two key components that 'make Diane tick.' Being the founder and publisher of "Just Women Magazine," a monthly publication whose mission was to be the voice of women's causes and organizations in Columbus, Ohio, offered Diane the opportunity to plant strong roots in the community and to reach out and continually support the mission of over 14 non-profits throughout a two-year period. Articles and content shared within Just Women Magazine, as well as volunteering on numerous non-profit event planning committees, exemplified the pay-it-forward mindset of Diane. Additionally, she has gained a complete understanding of the Entrepreneurial mindset and the elements critical to arming a business owner with the ingredients for success. Knowing that every business owner is an individual with their own skill sets, prompted Diane to launch a company appropriately titled Totally Exposed, LLC. "There are Owners who launch a business and discover that they really do not enjoy getting out into the community and sharing the word about their business....otherwise known as good ol'fashioned networking." In Diane's case, face-to-face connections are exactly what make her thrive. Every business owner is passionate about why they started their business. Providing a business owner with the support and the strategic plan that outlines and executes how to differentiate their product or services is the difference between failure and success. Every connection is truly worthwhile and exposing business owners to consumers and connecting business owners to other business owners are key components of business strategy that Diane loves to provide.
